Would You Take Your Next Large Mortgage Over a 50 Year Term?

The standard term for a mortgage in the UK has been 25 years for several decades. Many house buyers assume that this is the longest term available. But a new report from Legal and General has called on lenders to consider offering longer repayment terms to borrowers.
